Cook Asian

Cook Asian is a three-hour workshop on cooking, presenting and serving Asian food. It begins with an interactive demonstration followed by a hands-on creative experience and ends with a three-course meal.

Cook Asian is presented by restaurateur, international celebrity chef and author of the definitive Nonya cook book, Red Heat, Maureen Suan-Neo.

Maureen is one of Britain’s master chefs and reviewed by notable critics such as Lloyd Grossman as “one of the best Asian chefs in all of Europe". So, put on your apron and roll up your sleeves as Maureen will soon have you preparing a selection of exciting South East Asian favourites that your friends and family will rave about.

Every individual will learn new skills and insights about cooking and serving Asian food through observation and hands-on experience. Learn tips about hard to find herbs and spices and where to source them as well as how to cook perfect rice. The cookery class offers a great opportunity for teambuilding and networking.
