Using the expertise of SAS veterans, clients will be taught basic Special Forces and military skills which are then put into practice in simulated military exercises varying in complexity from simple map reading and navigation exercises through to bigger military operations. Unarmed combat, survival skills and surveillance, to name but a few, are credentials that they cover in a relevant fashion. A session with real life heroes.
Typically they will be given objectives that they must achieve as a group. These could involve gathering information, doing a risk assessment and formulating a plan of action. Together with essential skills of survival, teams will learn how to build a shelter, how to keep warm, how to find food for free; all essential teambuilding attributes.
Furthermore the importance of working to deadlines is introduced as timings take on a more significant role in the missions, it is no longer the survival of the fittest but the survival of the cleverest, with each member of the team propelling their individual strengths for the greater glory of the team.
